Thursday 3rd - Monday 7th August 

ARRIVAL TRANSFER: On Thursday from 10 am - 12 pm (2-hour window)

Many airlines including British Airways, EasyJet and Jet2 all fly direct to Dubrovnik Airport, where our driver will pick you up and take you across the border into Bosnia.  

DEPARTURE TRANSFER: On Monday, your plane should depart after 12:30 pm, to give you time to get to the airport from Bosnia, which takes around 2.5 hours to drive from Mostar-Dubrovnik Airport. You can choose an even later flight and spend the afternoon exploring Dubrovnik at your leisure (it's entirely up to you).

These transfer windows have been planned to align with most international flights to Dubrovnik. We welcome guests from all nationalities and countries to join the trip and can arrange separate airport transfers where necessary, for an additional fee of £160.

Please familiarise yourself with the Ts&Cs below. It's very important that you have read these before booking your flights, to give yourself the best preparation and protection.

1. A £60 deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable.   

2. Full payment is required no later than 8 weeks before your trip departure.  

3. Once you have made your full payment it is non-refundable and non-transferable. You may sell your space to somebody else should you find you are no longer able to travel. 
 

4. Cancellations less than 10 weeks before trip departure are liable to incur costs. Should you anticipate challenges travelling, please give us as much notice as possible.   

5. We strongly recommend you buy travel insurance as soon as making your booking, to protect yourself in case unforeseen circumstances arise and you are no longer able to travel. This should include medical cover and cancellation protection in the event of covid, flight cancellations, illness etc.  

6. Entry requirements: It is incumbent upon each traveller to familiarise themselves with the entry requirements to the country they are visiting. This includes visas and covid testing status. 

7. The itinerary is a suggested outline of the route we will take and the activities that we'll experience. We will keep it flexible and make changes in the event the weather, or road conditions mean we need to adjust our plans. The same goes for our activity coordinators - in the event they are unwell or unable to attend due to a private emergency, don't worry; we'll arrange a suitable alternative.  

8. All guests are screened following booking. Should you not pass the screening process, your deposit will be refunded.  

9. You will receive details of the accommodations you'll be hosted at in your welcome pack, after booking. We expect you to research the accommodations in advance so that you know what to expect on the trip, particularly if you are opting for a shared room.  

10. Once you are on the trip, there are no refunds, partial refunds or credit refunds.  

11. Should your flight be cancelled, it is incumbent upon you to book a suitable alternative. If you do not attend the trip this will be classed as a no-show, and no refunds will be given. (This is where your travel insurance recommended in clause 5 will come in handy!).

 Your adventure begins as you arrive in the vibrant city of Dubrovnik, where we'll be welcoming you and picking you up from the Airport.

After a warm welcome, we'll embark on a scenic drive to the enchanting town of Stolac, Bosnia. Indulge in a delectable lunch and immerse yourself in the local flavours. Don't miss the fig-cake-tasting experience at Mehmedbašića House, where you'll savour Bosnian coffee, a true delight for the senses. 

Take some time to explore Stolac or simply relax before we continue our journey to Konjic. Your overnight stay in Visit Konjic promises a comfortable experience, complemented by a delightful welcome dinner.

 Fuel up with a delicious breakfast in Konjic before embarking on a thrilling Jeep tour to Lukomir, a charming village nestled in the heart of the Dinaric Alps. 

Take in the breathtaking panoramic views as you trek through this picturesque landscape, where we'll also have the chance to pray Jumuah together. 

You'll then indulge in a mouthwatering organic lunch before visiting Boracko Lake, where you can admire the crystal-clear waters and immerse yourself in the tranquillity of nature. As the day winds down, we'll return to Konjic for a restful overnight stay, ensuring you're ready for the adventures ahead.

Get ready for an adrenaline-pumping morning as we embark on an exciting rafting adventure. Experience the thrill of navigating the emerald-green waters of the Neretva River! You'll be paddling on your inflatable raft surrounded by awe-inspiring canyons and lush vegetation. Afterwards, we'll enjoy a sumptuous BBQ feast to replenish our energy.

Next, we'll embark on a scenic hike to Prenj, where you'll be greeted by the majestic beauty of the mountains and a chance encounter with the magnificent wild horses. As the day transitions into the evening, we'll set up camp amidst nature, sharing stories around the campfire and savouring a delightful dinner. Overnight camping promises a truly immersive experience, allowing you to embrace the tranquillity of the outdoors.

After a refreshing breakfast, we'll begin the scenic journey back down Prenj Planina to return to Konjic. Take a moment to freshen up and gather all your belongings before we continue our journey.

We'll then make our way to Blagaj, where a delectable lunch awaits at a local establishment next to the Dervish Lodge and Buna River. Afterwards, we'll drive to Mostar, renowned for its iconic bridge and rich cultural heritage. Check into your comfortable 4* hotel and enjoy some free time to explore this charming city at your own pace.

On our final day, savour a delightful breakfast before bidding farewell to Mostar. We'll arrange for your drop-off at Dubrovnik according to the airport transfer window, ensuring a smooth departure and leaving you with unforgettable memories of your Bosnian adventure.
